Le 2 mars 2026, SANT ROCH a ouvert sa première adresse, face au jardin des Tuileries, et promet une expérience inédite dans l’univers du bien-être parisien. Imaginé par Jules et Chloé Bouscatel, fondateurs du groupe Monday Sports Club, SANT ROCH se veut un havre urbain, indépendant et contemporain, où l’on vient ralentir, se reconnecter à soi et explorer les vertus ancestrales de la contrast therapy.
On March 2, 2026, SANT ROCH opened its first location, facing the Tuileries Garden, promising a unique experience in the Parisian wellness scene. Conceived by Jules and Chloé Bouscatel, founders of the Monday Sports Club group, SANT ROCH is designed as an independent, contemporary urban sanctuary where visitors can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the ancestral benefits of contrast therapy.
Dès l’entrée, le lieu capte le regard : un espace pensé comme un refuge, inspiré des bains antiques et de l’histoire des thermes de Lutèce, où la chaleur et le froid orchestrent un véritable rituel régénérant. Sur 400 m² répartis sur deux niveaux, le plus grand sauna de France devient une scène sensorielle, avec ses jeux de lumière, sa playlist immersive et ses effluves d’aromathérapie. Cinq bains froids, maintenus entre 3 °C et 8 °C, ponctuent le parcours, offrant un reset physique et mental à chaque immersion.
From the moment you step inside, the space captures the eye: designed as a sanctuary, it draws inspiration from ancient baths and the history of the Lutetian thermal baths, where the interplay of heat and cold creates a truly rejuvenating ritual. Spread over 400 m² across two levels, the largest sauna in France becomes a sensory stage, complete with light effects, an immersive playlist, and aromatic fragrances. Five cold baths, maintained between 3 °C and 8 °C, punctuate the experience, providing a physical and mental reset with each immersion.
Les rituels peuvent se vivre en autonomie, à son rythme, ou en sessions guidées, véritables cérémonies collectives orchestrées par des guides formés à la méthode SANT ROCH. Respiration, méditation, immersion sonore et mouvements précis composent une expérience où le corps et l’esprit se relâchent progressivement, jusqu’à atteindre un état de transe douce et régénérante.
The rituals can be experienced independently, at your own pace, or in guided sessions—true collective ceremonies led by instructors trained in the SANT ROCH method. Breathing, meditation, immersive sound, and precise movements combine to create an experience in which body and mind gradually unwind, culminating in a gentle, rejuvenating trance.
La signature esthétique du lieu, sobre et contemporaine, est l’œuvre du directeur artistique Olivier Léone et du cabinet canadien Futurstudio, qui ont sculpté la lumière et les matières pour sublimer chaque instant. Clotilde Chaumet et Gabriel Seibel, créateurs et guides des rituels, insufflent quant à eux la méthode SANT ROCH, où respiration, mouvement et immersion sensorielle se mêlent pour faire de chaque visite un voyage unique entre traditions anciennes et modernité urbaine.
The venue’s aesthetic signature, both understated and contemporary, is the work of artistic director Olivier Léone and the Canadian firm Futurstudio, who sculpted light and materials to elevate every moment. Clotilde Chaumet and Gabriel Seibel, creators and guides of the rituals, bring the SANT ROCH method to life, where breathing, movement, and sensory immersion combine to make each visit a unique journey bridging ancient traditions and urban modernity.
