Sushi Roku in Austin impresses with the exceptional freshness of its fish, served as sashimi or nigiri, delighting all lovers of Japanese cuisine. Their toro tartare, delicately presented, was a real highlight of our visit and completely captivating. The menu offers a beautiful selection of creative sushis and rolls, perfect for sharing in a chic and lively atmosphere. But the true highlight comes with the dessert: an incredible cake hidden under a giant cotton candy, flambéed at the table, revealing a cheesecake, fruits and ice cream for a spectacular and very indulgent finishing touch. A delicious experience not to be missed in the heart of downtown Austin.

Assistez au spectacle magique des chauves-souris sous le Congress Avenue Bridge. Installez-vous tôt sur le pont ou embarquez en canoë pour profiter d’une vue imprenable sur les 1,5 million de chauves-souris qui s’élancent dans le ciel au coucher du soleil. Une expérience unique et inoubliable à vivre entre mars et novembre, lorsque ces petites créatures nocturnes peuplent le pont avant de retourner au Mexique pour l’hiver. Watch the magical spectacle of bats under the Congress Avenue Bridge. Arrive early to find a spot on the bridge or hop in a canoe for an unbeatable view of the 1.5 million bats that soar into the sky at sunset. This unique and unforgettable experience takes place from March to November, when these nocturnal creatures make the bridge their home before returning to Mexico for the winter.
