Les Lobster Arancini à la truffe et les Lobster Bites, croustillants à l’extérieur, fondants à l’intérieur, rehaussés d’une touche de citron et de jalapeño, sont de véritables incontournables. The Truffle Lobster Arancini and Lobster Bites — crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth inside, brightened with a hint of lemon and jalapeño — are absolute musts. The Seafood Pasta, combining shrimp, fish, and mussels in a creamy white sauce, brings a taste of the sea right to the heart of Texas. And the Cacio e Pepe Pizza — handmade dough, mozzarella, pecorino, romano, and freshly cracked black pepper — is pure bliss, easily one of the table’s favorite dishes.
